am i booking through mantra?
No, we are not Mantra. However, we share the same resort and all facitilies including pool, parking and lift & lobby access.
Resort guests rate our services higher than all other managing agents within the resort, with an 8.7 rating.
Can I request an early check-in?
Whilst we would love to be able to get you in your room as early as we can, an early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Checkin is from 2pm however, if the room is ready prior to this, we will contact you straight away to let you know.
Can I request a late check-out?
Checkout is strictly prior to 10am. On checkout keys are required to be left either in the basement ket return book or at our office at Base Real Estate. Lost or damaged keys will incur a cost of $50 per key. Late checkout's need to be approved by our manager
Why do I need to pay a security deposit when I check-in?
Payment of the security deposit is common within the accommodation industry. A pre authorisation, which is held by your bank, is required to cover lost or damaged items, or the need for extensive cleaning as a result of your stay.
What's the Cancellation Policy?
All direct bookings can be cancelled without penalty anytime prior to 7 days of your stay. However, in our peak period, which is 20th December to the 28 January, cancellation notice must be given no less than 21 days prior to your stay. Please check the terms and conditions of third party agencires eg. Booking.com, Expedia Group & Air BNB.
Can i add additional guests to my booking?
All studio apartments are limited to 2 guests with 1 bedroom a maximum of 4 and 2 bedroom apartmens a maximum of 6. Any additional children or adults who require a bed are charged $17.00 per night, per person. All bookings with third party booking agencies must comply with the number of guests specified. In the event extra guests arrive, additional charges will apply. Please notify us in advance of additional guests staying.
do i need to pay a deposit when i book?
We do not take a deposit when you book, however we do take payment from the card provided at the time of the booking 7 days prior to arrival.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
The Resort has an outdoor parking lot as well as underground basement parking. The basement is free to enter and has a clearance of 2.1metres. It is located on Memorial Avenue, near to the entrance of the Lobby. Onsite parking is free to our guests.
Can I use the Pool? Are there Covid Restrictions?
Pool facilities are available to all guests of the resort with a maximum number of users listed to 250 people. The hot-tub at pool level is currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Is the room cleaned on a daily basis? can i get extra toiletries?
The rooms are prepared for your arrival. The Resort is provided on a self managed stay basis. For stays of 7 days or more, a mid stay clean takes place, which consists of new bedding, towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper).
The initial supply of toiletries and milk, tea, coffee are provided on a complimentray basis and are not replinished. An IGA supermarket is convenitenly located only a few hundred metres from the Resort Lobby.
do i need to provide my own linen?
We happily provide bedding and bathroom linen, as well as pool towels. Each apartment is equiped with both washing machine and dryer so that guests can freshen their linen allocation as they wish.
Do you have cots / cradles / highchairs?
Due to the increased exposure to virus and surface bacteria, we do not provide these services.
Does the resort provide breakfast?
No, the Resort does not have dining facilities however, we have an arrangement with Bobby's Cafe across the road from the Resort, next door to our office. Our guests exclusively receive a Country Style Breakfast for Two for $25.00 as well as 2 free coffee vouchers on arrival.
is there a safe in the room?
Most apartments are equipped with a safe. Please request in advance this service prior to your arrival. It is essential that the safe is left in an open position on your departure. If the safe is not left open a locksmith callout fee will apply and be charged against your security deposit.
do you offer free wifi?
We are the only management agency within the resort who offer free wifi. Wifi is provided at reception.
